1. Scope of Services
Ahn GraphicX is a branding and design studio providing creative services, including but not limited to:
Brand identity design
Print and packaging design
Space/environmental graphics
Digital design assets
2. Project Process
Typical workflow:
Discovery – Understanding your needs.
Strategy – Planning creative direction.
Design – Producing concepts and revisions.
Delivery – Providing final approved files.
3. Revisions
Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions will be billed at $[Your Hourly Rate] per hour.
4. Payment Terms
A [percentage]% deposit is required before project work begins.
Remaining balance is due before final file delivery.
Late payments may incur a [X]% late fee per month.
5. Intellectual Property
All design work remains the property of Ahn GraphicX until final payment is received.
Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final approved designs for agreed purposes.
Ahn GraphicX reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.
6. Client Responsibilities
Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials.
Ensure all provided content (e.g., text, images) is legally owned or licensed.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If terminated:
The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to termination.
Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
